Landscaping and maintenance reminders:
Home and landscaping maintenance is required by your community's covenants and governing documents and is the responsiblity of the homeowner.
Failure to perform certain dwelling and landscaping upkeep can result in fines if remaining unresolved.
General reminders:
Design Guidelines Section 3.36 Landscape Maintenance.
All landscaping shall be maintained in a neat and attractive condition. Minimum maintenance requirements include watering, mowing, edging, pruning, removal and replacement of dead or dying plant material, elimination of weeds and undesirable grasses and removal of trash.

Approval shall be obtained prior to installation of any landscaping or any other site improvements, including, but not limited to, pet enclosures, play & sports equipment, fencing, deck or patio additions, sight lighting, etc.
