About:
Patriot Park Metropolitan Districts No. 1 & 2 (Districts) are situated in El Paso County, Colorado on the eastern border of the City of Colorado Springs conveniently located near Peterson Air Force Base.
The primary purpose of the Districts is to finance the construction and maintenance of public improvements for the use and benefit of all anticipated inhabitants and taxpayers of the District. The Districts’ Service Plan was approved by the City Council on April 10, 2018. The District is recognized as an independent unit of local government, separate and distinct from the City.
